Blue Jays & Cedar Waxwings
Blue Jays are regular vistors to our backyard feeder.
They especially enjoy shelled or unshelled peanuts
The Blue Jays land in the Redbud tree and survey the area before swooping down to the feeder.
Blue Jay in a Redbud tree
A flock of Cedar Waxwings made a brief appearance.
They visited for a couple of days.
They cleaned the berries off the Holly bushes and disappeared.
